Hello,

I was playing around with my new Z probe and testet the grid leveling. Suddenly everything stoped working. Even the LEDs stopped working. Only the VBB LED is on. The 3.3V and the greed LEDs are glowing a little bit. But not as brite as normal. The pausebutton is blinking once. I connect the board via USB to the computer and disconnected all other things (like endstops and the motors). When I connect the board to the Computer the LPC chip is getting hot really fast… not a good sign :-(
Do you think there is a chance of repairing my Smoothieboard? Maybe a known issue where I only have to change one part?

that are bad news for me. I hope I can handle this on warranty… So I can continue printing with this awsome board!

I have same problem. So i replace LPC1769 with new one. Is it necessary flash bootloader for new chip?
